Three Ways In.

One way out: stronger than before.

Every engagement is fixed-fee, scoped clearly, and designed so your team owns the outcome when we’re done. No retainer traps. No mystery billing. Just the work you need.

The Diagnosis

Find the real problem.

1 week

Most teams think they have a deadline problem, a delivery problem, a creative or strategy problem. They don’t. They have a communication and alignment problem. The Diagnosis surfaces what’s actually broken so you’ll know what where to start and what to fix so your team can finally get ahead and start creating the work that wins.

  • Stakeholder Interviews, 1:1 and Group

  • Root Cause Assessment

  • Prioritized recommendations with clear next steps

The Build

Design the system

4-6 weeks

Once you know what’s broken, you can fix it. The Build is a full operational overhaul: workflows, tools, communication structures, decision-making frameworks, and project management tooling, all designed around how your team actually works. You will own it completely once I leave.

  • Custom workflow and communication framework

  • Project management system setup (Asana, Monday, Clickup, Notion)

  • Meeting cadence and decision-making structures

  • Leave-behind documentation your team can actually navigate

  • Handoff training so your team owns it and can build upon the system without me

Note: requires The Diagnosis ,or existing workflow discovery

The Reset

Design the system

1-2 days

When a team needs to align, prioritize, or stop running in different directions, this is it. Interactive, facilitated, outcome-oriented. People leave with decisions made, priorities set, and a plan they believe in because they’ve built it together.

  • Pre-session intake to understand team dynamics.

  • Facilitated 1 or 2-day workshops

  • Workshop output: decisions, priorities, and next steps

  • 30-day follow-up checkin

Not sure what you need?
You’re not alone.

Sometimes clients come to me knowing exactly what’s broken. Sometimes they just know something is wrong. Either way, we will figure it out together.

Let’s figure out

what’s going on

Tell me what’s not working and how you wish your team was working together. No pitch deck required (unless you want one, I’d love to put one together!)
